4pm Release Policy (Guarantee Policy)

Our Guarantee Policy states that a credit card must be given in order to guarantee the room. This guarantee ensures that we will reserve your room for the night. Alternately, you can either send a cheque to prepay the room, or fax through a guarantee letter with a company letterhead and an authorised signature at the bottom. If all three alternatives are refused by the guest, we can only ensure a reserved room up to 4pm of the date of arrival. This means, if the room is not guaranteed, we may release it to other guests on busy days. Thank you for your understanding.

Cash or Credit Card Preauthorization Policy

If you require cash payment facilities our policy is to ask for full payment of your accommodation and any pre-booked food & beverage upon registration. In addition we ask you to secure any potential charge to room incidentals with a $100 per room occupied, cash bond. If no incidentals are charged to your room during your stay the entire $100 is returned to you upon checkout.

When securing your booking by credit card, at registration we take a preauthorization for the full amount of the stay plus a $100 for room charge incidentals. The card is then debited upon checkout and the preauthorization is released. Thank you for your kind understanding and co-operation.

Carparking Policy

The Airport Sydney International Inn offers (5) day complementary parking per stay. During periods of high demand such as NSW school and designated public holidays and public holiday weekends the complementary parking component reduces to (3) days per stay. Per day includes, the date of arrival, dates between and the date of pick-up. Parking in addition to the complementary component is charged for at $15 per day. Please note that parking is subject to availability at time of check-in and all risk is controlled by the car park conditions of entry. Thank you for your kind co-operation.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation policy states that cancellations made after 4pm of the date of arrival will not be accepted thus the guests will be charged a full nights accomodation as a late cancellation fee. If cancellations must be made, the guests must advise the reservations department prior to 4pm of the date of arrival. Thank you for your kind co-operation.

Bus Policy

The Airport Sydney International Inn provides a guest shuttle service runnning between the hotel and the various terminals of Sydney Kingsford-Smith Airport. This service operates between the times of:

5:00am - 10:00am (half - hourly)
11:00am - 3:00pm (hourly)
3:30pm - 10:30pm (half - hourly)

To facilitate a prompt and organised pick up, please telephone the hotel after collecting your luggage from the respective terminals, either by calling us direct, or locating the hotel information board and dial the extention from there. Our operators will then delegate a designated pickup point and location within the service hours.
The shuttle bus service also operates in the morning dropping guests to each terminal of the airport, commencing at the International then to Domestic. While all "pick-ups" are complementary, departures incur a nominal AUD$5.00 per person fee between the hotel and airports. Booking your coach departure is as easy as notifying reception upon check-in or during the course of your stay up to the night prior to your departure as space on the coaches are in demand and subject to availability. The Airport Sydney International Inn, however, will not bear liability for any tardiness in the facilitation of this service.Thank you again for you time and your understanding.
